Manage Your Program's External Logins in Credentials Hub

Availability: Confirm that Credentials Hub and its protected access workflow are enabled for your program before storing credentials.

A child care program may use several websites for business tasks. Wonderschool's Credentials Hub gives authorized directors and administrators a school-scoped place to manage the program logins they need for that work.

Wonderschool’s Credentials Hub provides a school-scoped place for authorized directors and administrators to manage these program credentials.

What can an authorized user manage?

An entry includes the service name, website, username, and password. Passwords are masked by default. The interface supports individual reveal and copy actions rather than displaying every password at once.

Updated timestamps help identify when a username or password was last changed in the hub.

Are sensitive actions protected?

The hub uses an unlock process for protected credential actions. Limit access to the program administrators who need it, and review the stored information when an external login changes. Keep parent passwords and unrelated personal accounts outside the hub.

Does editing an entry change the external website’s password?

No automatic password rotation is established by this feature. Update the external account through that service’s process, then keep the stored record accurate.

Do not store parent passwords or unrelated personal credentials in a school’s hub.
