With over 21 years of experience in early childhood education and childcare, Becca brings warmth, patience, understanding, and a genuine love for children to everything she does. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. Becca understands that every child is unique and takes pride in getting to know each child’s individual personality, needs, and interests. Her caring nature and years of experience help her build trusting relationships with both children and families, giving parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are in loving, capable hands. Above all, Becca believes in making every child feel special, fostering confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning through meaningful connections, play, and everyday discoveries.

At Erna Learn & Play, we strive to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful community where children feel free to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace. Inspired by Montessori principles and a play-based approach to learning, we believe children learn best through hands-on experiences, meaningful exploration, and the freedom to follow their natural curiosity. Our thoughtfully prepared environment encourages independence, creativity, problem-solving, and a love of learning. Through open-ended play, purposeful activities, and opportunities to learn alongside one another, children build confidence, develop important life skills, and discover the world around them in their own unique ways.

Our home daycare is nestled on a quiet residential street in West Adams, conveniently located near Culver City and within easy reach of surrounding Los Angeles communities. Our central location offers added convenience for families living or commuting throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including the Westside and beyond, while providing a peaceful, neighborhood setting for little ones to learn, play, and grow. Just two blocks away, a local neighborhood park offers opportunities for additional outdoor play, fresh air, and nature exploration. We love offering families the best of both worlds: a convenient location for busy parents and a warm, nurturing “home away from home” for their little ones.
Acerca de nuestro programa
At Erna Learn & Play Academy, children are cared for in a warm, safe, and loving family child care environment. We create a place where children feel comfortable, supported, and free to learn and grow at their own pace. Our program combines Montessori-inspired learning with play-based activities. Children learn through hands-on experiences, art, music, sensory play, outdoor play, and everyday activities. We encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and confidence. As a small family child care home, we offer smaller groups and more individual attention. Children can build friendships, learn new skills, explore, and feel a strong sense of belonging. Most importantly, we want every child to feel loved, valued, and cared for while they learn, play, grow, and simply enjoy their precious early childhood years.
