Our Teachers

We Bear Fruit Daycare was started by Eunice Quintanilla, someone who has always had a heart for little ones and a natural gift for making children feel loved and understood. Eunice’s passion for childcare comes from a simple place: wanting to extend the same warmth, patience, and care that parents give their children at home.

Her approach is faith-inspired, but in a gentle, welcoming way. Eunice loves sharing songs, crafts, and simple Bible stories that focus on values like kindness, gratitude, and caring for others. At the same time, she is very mindful of creating an environment where all families—whether faith-based or secular—feel comfortable and included. Her goal is always to teach through love and universal values, making sure every child feels safe, accepted, and encouraged.

Eunice’s caregiving style is playful, creative, and very hands-on. You’ll often find her singing with the kids, making fun themed crafts, or talking them through big feelings in ways that help them grow. She believes learning happens naturally when children are engaged, listened to, and treated with genuine warmth.

Based in her home in the City of Gardena, Eunice created We Bear Fruit Daycare to be a cozy, home-like space where children can thrive. Her heart for nurturing kids, supporting parents, and building community is what shapes everything she does. For her, this isn’t just a daycare—it’s a calling and a joy.

Testimonials

“I’m pleased with my daughter’s experience at We Bear Fruit Daycare. She feels comfortable, safe, and supported, and I can see her growing each week. I appreciate the patience, communication, and personal attention she receives. I would definitely recommend this daycare to any parent looking for reliable, caring childcare.” -Jimmy G.

“My son Luke absolutely loves attending We Bear Fruit Daycare! Every day, he is excited to see Ms. Michelle, who creates a fun and nurturing environment for all the kids. I really appreciate how interactive the activities are—Luke comes home talking about all the things he learned and experienced throughout the day. Ms. Michelle does a wonderful job including math, language arts, and science in ways that are engaging and age-appropriate. It’s amazing to see Luke developing new skills while still having so much fun. I’m so grateful for the care, creativity, and dedication that Ms. Michelle puts into making this daycare such a positive place for children to learn and grow. I highly recommend We Bear Fruit Daycare to any parent looking for a caring and educational environment for their child!” - Cindy S.
