I am Ametria Burden, the director of Joyful home family home own childcare provider. I graduate from Itawamba Community College in 2003 and open a center in 2008. My dream was to be my own boss. I have an associate degree in childcare. Been in business over 20 years, my compassion for children is phenomenal. I get joy from working with children.
Philosophy
Our program strives to lay out clear steps for children’s future, starting from infancy to school age. We believe in hands-on and center-based activities that foster skill development, supported by the nurturing care of our providers. Children will experience a loving and nurturing environment, regardless of their background. Positive relationships with adults are key to building trust and self-worth in children. We emphasize the importance of collaboration between staff and families to ensure optimal development. Working together towards a common goal enhances children’s sense of security, self-confidence, and individual worth, allowing them to flourish.
Location
It’s a very quiet neighborhood.
