Hi, my name is Sharon Rice Bush, I am an Early HeadStart teacher and I have been teaching for about 14 to 15years. I graduated from Mississippi Valley State University in 2019 where I earned a BS Degree in Early Childhood Education. While working in the early childhood field, I earned my CDA in infant and toddler. While growing up here in the MS Delta, I have always wanted to be a teacher. As I got older, I was offered jobs in my dream job. I wanted to become that teacher that not only teach but also be able to meet their needs. I love working with and being around children because they always have the funniest things to say and do.
Philosophy
to be able to volunteer in the classroom. I am not focused on a curriculum just yet. The core value i would like to share is that children will be able to learn and grow
