Our Teachers

My name is Dianne Minton. I graduated from Ruleville Central high school 1994. I received a associate of Arts Business degree from Ashford University. I worked at Fannie Lou Hamer Daycare center as a caregiver for 4 years, After that, I worked two other daycares until i got hired full time within the Sunflower County Consolidate school district. I worked for fourteen years. I have a heart and love for children. They are special in their on little ways. Watching them grow and learn.

Testimonials

I experienced within the work place where the school had all black students at first, then we ended up with seven new student that came and they were Spanish children. The children didn’t speak any English and the teacher nor director didn’t speak any Spanish. However, the director and our school team worked together and came up with ideas to help us and the Spanish to succeed. After awhile of teaching and learning the students was able to learn and feel safe at the same time.

Philosophy

Our onboarding philosophy revolves around providing a clean and safe environment for children to learn, explore, and freely express themselves. We prioritize forming positive and close relationships with each child in our care.

In addition, our program focuses on teaching, inspiring, and promoting a safe space for children to express themselves. We aim to support parents by offering learning skills and nutritious food for their children. Parents are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas to enhance the safety and well-being of their child. Our core value is to assist in teaching children the basics of learning and love, emphasizing a commitment to their safety and well-being.

Location

The program is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The environment is safe and the neighbors are caring and very respectful. It’s also near a Elementary school, Headstart, and a play ground. Most importantly I will make sure it’s clean environment and safe.

About our program

This program will be unique in its on way. We will teach learning skills and activities that will help prepare the children for preschool. Once children meet their skill we will have a small gathering where the parents can come and see their child or children show what they have learned. Also we will have special events like celebration of birthdays, valentine’s day and Christmas and etc.
