Our Teachers

My name is Martina De Los Santos, but I go by Alexa; I am a mother of one and a married woman. I enjoy reading children’s books and watching funny movies. I have been working with children for over ten years and decided to start my own childcare business in 2020. I enjoy working with children and love being part of their early childhood development. I currently hold a CDA in child development and recently graduated with an associate’s degree in child development from GRCC. I believe in inclusion and love a diverse community, which is why I incorporate it into my teaching methods. I am fluent in English and Spanish; I’d love to learn Italian and French. My main priority is the children’s safety and protection from harm, but I also want them to enjoy and have fun while learning new things.

Testimonials

Alexa put forth all of her effort to make sure our child was safe and happy while we were at work. The kids do a lot of activities and art that our daughter loved. We moved so we changed daycares for convenience sake, otherwise we would still be there! If you’re tossed between a center and home daycare, I highly recommend Alexa’s! -Alex L.

Hands down the best daycare around!! Alexa takes real pride in childcare, and it truly shows. Our son loves going there every day, has made great friends, and (most importantly) is being very well cared for. She had our 2-year-old potty trained within a week! She has a great curriculum tailored to each student and has taught our child so much. He’s not even 3 yet and can read/spell several words already. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this daycare. I am so happy to have found it and feel that my son is lucky to be there.- Tessthida

So happy to have Alexa as our daycare provider. She does fun activities with the kids. My son loves her and enjoys going. Would recommend her to everyone. Very thankful to have her for my son. -Audra

Alexa is truly one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met in my life. She is true and fair with all the the kids. My child has learned so much being at daycare with her. My daughter is very particular about who she trusts and likes and my daughter absolutely loves Alexa. I have a hard time trusting people with my baby and I trust her with every fiber of my being. My daughter loves going to daycare and hardly ever wants to come home! It makes me feel comfortable because at least I know she’s happy with where she is going!!- Angela
