Admissions

Our Admissions Process We’re excited to welcome your family to JT Playcare! Here’s how our admissions process works:

1. Schedule a Virtual Meeting Begin by setting up a virtual meeting with us. This allows us to introduce ourselves, learn more about your child, and answer any questions you may have. We want you to feel confident that JT Playcare is a great fit!
2. Complete the Application Form After the meeting, we’ll ask you to complete a quick application form so we can get to know your child’s unique needs and preferred schedule.
3. Tour Our Space You’re invited to schedule a tour—either in person or virtually. This is a great opportunity to see our play-based, hands-on environment firsthand.
4. Application Review Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review it within 3–5 days and reach out with updates. If we’re fully enrolled, your child may be placed on a waiting list, and we’ll keep you posted on availability.
5. Enrollment If a spot is available, we’ll guide you through the enrollment process with a simple checklist, covering paperwork and payment details.
6. Orientation Finally, we’ll arrange a brief orientation to go over JT Playcare’s routines, guidelines, and answer any final questions before your child’s first day.
