Hello! I’m Ms. Timeka Paige, owner and educator of Treasured Blessings Family Child Care LLC, operating as Treasured Blessings Early Learning Academy™. As an early childhood educator and mother of three, I understand how important it is to find a nurturing place where your child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.

My program is accredited by the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) and has achieved Maryland EXCELS Level 5. I also hold a Maryland Child Care Credential at Level 5 and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I have degree in teaching and I continue to strengthen my knowledge through professional development yearly.

I believe young children learn through play, meaningful relationships, and hands-on experiences. At TBEA, we explore books, early literacy, math, science, art, and creative projects while practicing friendship, independence, and problem-solving. I plan learning experiences that build on each child’s interests, strengths, and developmental needs.

My goal is to partner with families to help children grow in confidence, curiosity, and kindness while building a strong foundation for kindergarten and beyond.

She is patient with both the children as well as their parents. I love that she is curriculum oriented. My children learn a lot attending her care. I love that she has a plan for the kids and passes it along to the parents so I can work with my child as well to maintain their growth. Most of all she CARES! She does not look at my children as just another check. She is involved, loving and kind to my children. we love her she’s the best.

Great program, my child gained so much knowledge and skills within 6 months. My child started this program without being able to identify letters, sounds or tie his shoes. When the next school year begin my child was placed in advanced classes thanks to Ms. Timeka.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Treasured Blessings Early Learning Academy™, operated by Treasured Blessings Family Child Care LLC, we believe every child deserves a nurturing environment where they feel safe, welcomed, respected, and capable. We welcome children of all abilities and honor each family’s race, religion, gender, language, culture, and traditions.

We recognize that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. Our approach supports the whole child, including social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development. Through caring relationships, consistent routines, and thoughtful guidance, we help children build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

We believe children learn through play, relationships, and hands-on experiences. Exploring materials, creating, experimenting, and asking questions help children make sense of the world. We balance child-initiated play with intentional teacher-guided experiences, allowing children to follow their interests while developing new skills.

Using The Creative Curriculum®, we provide meaningful experiences in early literacy, mathematics, science, art, dramatic play, music, movement, and daily living skills. Hands-on projects encourage children to investigate, solve problems, collaborate, and share their discoveries. We observe children’s learning and adapt activities to meet their individual strengths, needs, and developmental levels.

Learning to care for ourselves and others is also an essential part of our program. We guide children as they build friendships, express emotions, practice kindness, and respect differences.

Families are our partners in each child’s education. We value the knowledge, experiences, and traditions they bring to our learning community. Through open communication, family participation, and shared learning opportunities, we build strong connections between home and school.

OUR PROGRAM GOALS

• Provide engaging daily experiences that encourage curiosity, active participation, creativity, and discovery.

• Offer a thoughtfully planned curriculum that supports each child’s individual development, interests, strengths, and needs.

• Help preschool children and their families prepare for kindergarten through transition planning that supports confidence, independence, and continuity of learning.

• Promote children’s health and wellness through healthy routines, observation of individual needs, and collaboration with families and appropriate professionals.

• Strengthen family partnerships by creating opportunities for families to participate, learn together, and support their children’s growth at home.

• Maintain a commitment to qualified educators, ongoing professional development, and teaching practices informed by early childhood research.

• Build relationships with community partners to connect children and families with resources and opportunities that support their well-being and success.

Our goal is for every child to leave Treasured Blessings feeling valued, confident in their abilities, and excited to continue learning.

Treasured Blessings Early Learning Academy™ is located in a residential neighborhood in Randallstown, Maryland, in Baltimore County. Our home-based setting provides a welcoming space for children to learn, play, and grow. Our address is currently zoned for Church Lane Elementary School.

We invite prospective families to schedule a tour to explore our learning environment, meet the provider, and discuss their child’s needs.

Welcome to Treasured Blessings Early Learning Academy™! We offer a warm, nurturing family child care setting where children feel known, supported, and encouraged to discover what they can do.

Our days bring learning to life through purposeful play and hands-on experiences. Children explore books, build, create art, investigate science, enjoy music and movement, and practice everyday skills. Using The Creative Curriculum®, we connect their interests with meaningful opportunities to develop early literacy, mathematics, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We also introduce Spanish and American Sign Language through everyday words, songs, and activities, giving children additional ways to communicate and connect with others. Throughout the day, we help children build friendships, express their feelings, and grow in independence.

Each child’s progress matters to us. We observe how children learn and adapt our guidance to their strengths, needs, and developmental pace. We value the questions they ask, the ideas they try, and the understanding they gain along the way.

Families are an important part of our learning community. Through open communication and opportunities to share in children’s discoveries, we work together to build a strong foundation for kindergarten and continued learning.

Thank you for your interest in Treasured Blessings Early Learning Academy™! We look forward to learning about your child and helping you explore our program.

Begin by contacting us to discuss your child’s age, care needs, desired start date, and current availability. We will arrange a tour so you can meet the provider, explore our learning environment, and ask questions about our curriculum, daily schedule, and family expectations.

Before enrollment, we review program policies, tuition, and any applicable funding options with you. Families must complete the enrollment paperwork and submit required health records, emergency contacts, and other applicable documents before their child begins attending.

We offer Maryland state-funded Pre-K for eligible children, subject to eligibility approval and seat availability. Families may also inquire about Child Care Scholarship assistance and before- and after-care options.

Once enrollment requirements are complete and a space is confirmed, we work with your family to establish a start date and support your child’s transition into our program.
