Director Ling, who brings over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for toddlers. She has a natural gift for connecting with young children and creating a warm, structured, and nurturing environment where they feel safe and supported every day.
Kelly graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in Economics. However, true passion lies in helping children grow into confident, curious, and well-rounded individuals. Her goal is to prepare children for school while nurturing critical thinking, curiosity, and a love for learning that will serve them for years to come.
With over 10 years of classical piano training, I believe music plays a powerful role in early childhood development. It inspires creativity, builds focus, and nurtures emotional expression. That’s why I’ve integrated introductory piano lessons and musical enrichment into our daily rhythm—giving children a joyful, hands-on way to explore sound and self-expression.
Together, we’ve created a bilingual daycare (English & Mandarin) focused on early education, music, and meaningful play. Our goal is to provide a loving, enriching space where each child can explore, grow, and shine.
Philosophy
Our program is built on gentle, play‑based experiences that support early development in a natural and responsive way. Instead of structured academics, we focus on sensory exploration, warm interactions, and meaningful play that encourage curiosity, problem‑solving, and early communication skills.
In our bilingual environment, where English and Mandarin are part of everyday routines, children are gently exposed to rich language through songs, stories, and caregiver interaction. This early immersion builds a strong foundation for future language development and cultural awareness, all within a nurturing and play‑centered setting designed for our youngest learners.
About our program
Little Scholars Bilingual Daycare is intentionally small so every child receives the attention, comfort, and connection they deserve. We accept only four infants at a time, which allows us to create an intimate, home‑like environment where each baby is truly known and cared for.
Our small group size means more one‑on‑one interaction, more responsive caregiving, and more opportunities for meaningful play. Infants are never rushed or overstimulated. Instead, they enjoy a calm, nurturing space where they can explore, build trust, and develop at their own pace.
