Our Teachers

Welcome to All Creation Preschool! My name is a Micaela Mack and I have over 15 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education in various capacities as a Center Liaison, Director, Program Consultant as well as Lead Preschool Teacher. While obtaining a Child Development Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and Associate of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, I’ve stayed current with child studies as well as developmental practices while regularly attending up to date ECE trainings. Consistently refining skills in age-appropriate instruction is a vital element of my personal growth.  

​Studying growth and development of children aged 0 to 18 over the years, has brought to light areas in my childhood that I would have benefitted from more adequate provision. By the grace of God and positive influence, I’ve managed to achieve more than I imagined or was informed that I would. It is my calling, career, life’s work and passion to guide students through their early learning journey. I know that my purpose as an Early Childhood Educator will not be fulfilled until the framework of what defines “quality education” evolves for all children  through the All Creation preschool program.

​Santa Clara County is one of the most culturally diverse in California with an array of family dynamics, social constructs, socioeconomic status and spoken languages. Observing how children benefitted from some structures and how other systems served as a deterrent to healthy growth, I became inspired to restructure early learning concepts. All Creation transcends a multitude of desired developmental outcomes for children from all walks of life. 

​As a Queer, Black, Woman owned establishment, the All Creation program embraces and empowers families from all walks of life to set a healthy foundation for educational success. Whether support is needed with autonomy, English Language development, positive behavioral reinforcement, social confidence or strengthening various capabilities, All Creation is equipped for the task!

Philosophy

All Creation is a licensed Faith-Based, Play-Emergent, Small Family Child Care Home Preschool that values love, community, and inclusive learning. The preschool integrates faith-based ideals and the concept of sawa bona to promote acknowledgment of humanity and appreciation of differences. Through play-emergent curriculum inspired by theorists like Lev Vygotsky, children develop their individual purpose through socio-emotional mindfulness and cognitive experiences, encouraging them to become their own scientists. Additionally, with a child-guided approach based on individual student interests and inclusive practices, All Creation strives to create a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow in a way that honors their identities and learning styles.

About our program

All Creation is a Small Family Child Care Home preschool learning environment, licensed for up to 8 children by the Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division. Age-appropriate curriculum activities are integrated in the daily schedule. The Teacher to student ratio is 1 to 4, providing space for more focused care, quality education and supervision.

​As a developing program with plans to expand into a Center Based facility, All Creation strives to operate within the scope of needs in the community. While All Creation is a progressive entity, availability and provisions are limited. Supportive Emotional Regulation​

At All Creation, children receive help with adapting behaviors which support emotional regulation by working through challenges as they arise. Modeling self-care, empathy, facilitating positive interactions, use of words and problem solving allows students to practice navigating possible solutions. The mission of All Creation is to cultivate an environment for students to feel safe, secure, seen, heard, respected and valued.

Admissions

Join the All Creation community in three easy steps:

1. Explore Our Website

Details about our philosophies and offerings are available to help you make an informed decision about beginning or continuing your child’s educational journey at All Creation.

2. Tour All Creation

Come see what makes All Creation unique! You can request a tour at the top of this page. Prior to touring, parents are required to submit an All Creation Application and $60 Application Fee. The All Creation Application, scheduling and availability will be provided upon request.

3. Enroll Your Child

Upon touring All Creation, you will be provided an enrollment packet which will include the All Creation Parent Handbook outlining information in preparation for preschool as well as required licensing forms. Enrollment will be procured once the All Creation Admission Agreement is signed and the $200 Registration Fee is submitted.
