Our Teachers
Hi, I’m Maria and I have over 11 years of experience working with young children. I was a Preschool Teacher for 2 years and Headstart Teacher for 5 years before that. I have also worked in daycares and child care centers in the past.

Philosophy
At Mari’s Seaside Wonderschool, we learn by laughing, being silly, and exploring. Our program is child-centered, so our schedule is based on what most interests the children and engages them to learn. Children feel loved and comfortable to express themselves while in our program.
Location
We are located in a neighborhood in LA County, close to the 405. Having time outside each day is important for a child’s growth and development. We have a backyard where kids get to play outdoors.
About our program
Our day-to-day activities are based on the children’s interests. As providers, we are here to encourage them to ask questions, use their imaginations, and follow their hearts. We aim to build relationships with the kids to where they feel completely at home with us.
Cooperation and social skills are important in our program as well; we help children learn to share, be polite with one another, and learn from each other every day.
We serve fresh, homemade meals sponsored by a government food program. We only cook healthy and nutritious ingredients and make meals fresh every single day!

Come see what makes Maris Seaside Wonderschool unique. Please schedule a tour or attend an Open House event.
3. Submit an Enrollment Application
If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.
4. Enroll
After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
