Our Teachers
Our Childcare director and head teacher is Lindsey Frazier. Lindsey has been operating childcare for over 7 years and has previous experience working within other childcare as a co-teacher and advisor and is currently working towards her associate’s in childs education. Emily Harger is the co-teacher, currently in the process of getting her one-year certificate. She started volunteering and babysitting for families before coming into the childcare setting 2 years ago when she put her hobbies to full-time use.
All teachers must obtain first aid and CPR, child safety and neglect training, sleep-safe training, and a minimum education of the one-year childcare certificate to become employees. Teachers also undergo other training throughout the year to keep a fresh mind and be updated with the most common teachings.

About our program
Our program strives to support children while they walk through life with a helping hand. We do this by supporting all aspects of child development through play and experience while creating personal connections with each child as an individual and the group as a whole. By using play as a direct tool to help us guide children, were able to help individuals grow at their pace and enhance all areas of development, helping your child participate in enriching play! Our program will always offer support and help to families in our care as families and childcare providers are the direct connection to the child. It takes a village to raise kids, and we want to be helping hands in that village.

Admissions
Parents connect with our childcare via call or text and from that point we talk to the guardians, let them know if we are taking children, and from that point schedule a tour and sit down with the family to go over paperwork. Tuition prices are given at the Gaudarians tour. Once paper work is filled out via web document style or paper-wise, we’ll go from there!
