Little Star Home Childcare

Our Teachers

Sarah has over 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education with 12 of those years providing home based child care. She is working towards her degree in Early Childhood Education and completes over 24 hours of child development classes each year. Sarah is licensed and follows all rules and regulations set forth by the state of Nevada. She is certified in SIDS prevention, CPR & First Aid, Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect, Childhood Nutrition, Communicable Diseases, and more!

About our program

Little Star Home Childcare is more than just a daycare. It is a place for children to learn and grow! Early Childhood Education is important, as it is the foundation to a lifelong love of learning. At Little Star Home Childcare we encourage and build age appropriate skills to work towards Kindergarten readiness while having fun!

Our curriculum meets all Nevada Pre-K standards, and assessments are done regularly to ensure your child is on track with their education and development. With a smaller class size we are able to work more closely with each individual child while they are still able to get the social interaction that they need.

We supply all materials that your child will need through-out the day (including diapers and wipes if not potty trained) so you will only need to bring your child ready to learn and play!
