At Peppermint Stick Preschool, we have been nurturing learning and fostering child growth for over 30 years. Our philosophy revolves around teaching family values while ensuring comfort, safety, and consistency for our children. We strive to create a happy and positive environment, where each child is treated with respect and accepted as an individual. Our play-based learning approach promotes self-directed learning, encouraging curiosity, problem-solving, and social skill development. Our highly skilled teachers with innovative ideas cater to children from diverse backgrounds, helping them find their safe place at our preschool. We create developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to each child’s interests to support growth in all areas. We welcome students of all backgrounds and needs and encourage parents to participate in our engaging activities. About our program
Peppermint Stick Preschool is a second home to our children. It provides a safe, developmentally appropriate, and stimulating environment for children to grow. Our program serves children from 2 years to 5 years old in our preschool program and 6 years to 11 years old in before and after school program with the option of full-time or part-time care. Our goal is to provide a positive family atmosphere conducive to the healthy emotional, physical, and cognitive development of our children. Our teachers are highly trained and are here to provide personal attention with educational opportunities that encourage each child’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth as well as a positive self-image and a love of learning.
