Hello, I’m Rebecca and I have been a licensed child care provider since 2012. I am a mom of 3: all school age, married: my husband is a maintenance coordinator and a volunteer firefighter for DLFD. I have my Child Development Accreditation, 4 star parent aware rating and complete 16+ hours of training every year for child care. In 2021 I received the Sourcewell, Becker County Provider of the Year award, for child care. I have a college degree in the medical field but chose to do childcare when my kids were younger to be home with them and then loved it so much I made it my career choice. I am looking forward to meeting your family!

“ Rebecca Talbert is an amazing woman who has cared for our my son for almost 5 years. Rebecca is not your usual daycare provider. My son did not endlessly sit for hours in front of the television while in her care. She goes to extra effort to make sure that the children in her care are in a learning environment, has numerous activities for each age group and always goes the extra mile to ensure the children have an enjoyable time in her care. She treats the daycare children as her own. Rebecca has always quickly complied to the numerous laws and changes that come with providing in home daycare. She is very consistent and does not stray from the regulations and adapts well to changes. Rebecca is always very organized and extremely efficient. Her communication skills are excellent, no matter what age she is dealing with. She has always been amazing in dealing with the children as well as the parents. She is very honest, hard working and personable. Often my husband and I return to find drawings, paintings or small craft projects that the kids have made with Rebecca’s patient assistance. We have found her unselfish and diligent care of our child a true blessing and confidently recommend her to you as an amazing candidate for any job. Rebecca has shown herself to be an honest, hard-working, and personable individual. I am confident that she would be a valuable asset to any organization, because she was such an asset in our lives. In conclusion, I believe that Rebecca is an exemplary human being with the brain power, personality, and heart necessary to succeed in any setting. Thank you for your time and consideration of this wonderful woman. Sincerely, Melissa K”
“ For almost four years my child, was under the care of Rebecca Talbert. She started when she was 3 months old and only left to start full time preschool when she turned 4 years old. There was never any concern when dropping her off with Rebecca, she cared for all the kids as if they were her own. She always loved going to Rebecca’s and constantly asks to go back. Rebecca always made her feel comfortable and safe. The day was filled projects and fun things to help the kids grown and learn. Rebecca always had open communication. At pick up time, there was always a conversation on whether or not the day went well or if there were issues during the day. If there were issues during the day, it was always communicated in a way that we could build and work together on. I would highly recommend Rebecca as I always felt comfortable with my child under her care. Sincerely, Nicole M”
“ I am more than happy to recommend Rebecca Talbert. Rebecca was my childcare provider for 4 years. My son started with her when he was 8 weeks old. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Rebecca, and came to know her as a truly valuable asset. She is honest, dependable, and incredibly patient. Beyond that, she is so kind. She is very professional and kept her business that way. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Rebecca. I know firsthand she would be great. Best wishes, Lindsay B”
