Deborah Love, Director
As a childcare provider, I started working in my church as a childcare assistant in 2004. That’s where the love for working with children comes from. I’ve been caring for kids ever since. In 2006, my auntie opened a home-based childcare. From there, I helped her with the kids in her home, while studying to become a Certified Nurse Assistant.
My career goals changed for the better in 2007. I continued volunteering for my aunt as needed. However, I landed a good paying salary working for Trinity Health Systems. Having the opportunity to learn new skills and experiences was a plus for me. I’ve worked on the ICU unit, Med Surg unit, Labor & Delivery. Throughout my years being employed with Trinity Health, I went back to school for nursing. While being in the program, my mom got sick. After she passed away, I didn’t have a desire to practice clinical anymore, so I finished with an associate in health care administration.
From there, I begin working as a Discharge Planner within the Trinity Health System. In 2023, I decided to open Grace and Love Home Care. The passion I have for caring and helping people is very pure. With that said, my girls and I decided adding a Home-Based Childcare to the community. Because of our new edition to the family, it was only the right thing to do. My granddaughter will love to have friends with her everyday as she grows and gets older.
My daughter Chelsey will be the lead caregiver in the childcare. She will be providing a solid and supportive foundation for the kids. We look forward to meeting you all & welcoming you to our family.

Philosophy
At Loving Arms Family Daycare, we believe that children grow, learn and thrive by feeling safe, cared for and nurtured. Here at our home-based childcare, children will be able to get one-on-one time, private personalized care, and a home away from home experience.
We are a Play-Based Learning Childcare. We embrace the power of play as the primary vehicle for learning and exploration. Provide ample opportunities for imaginative play, sensory experiences, and hands-on activities that promote curiosity, problem-solving, and creativity.
Location
As a proud homeowner in Roseville. The childcare is directly across the street from Veterans Memorial Park & adjacent from Joseph G. Steenland Elementary School. This is the prime neighborhood for a childcare. We’re close to 696 for easy access to commute back and forth to work, school, etc. We’re located in a quiet, yet peaceful neighborhood.
