Jyothi is a dedicated and experienced early childhood professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Since becoming the director in 2013, she has shown a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education for young children. Jyothi holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, demonstrating her knowledge and expertise in early childhood education. She is passionate about working with children and finds joy in helping them learn and grow. Jyothi also has a deep love for her community and is dedicated to serving and nurturing children to help them reach their full potential. Her dedication and passion make her a valuable asset to the early childhood program she leads.
Philosophy
Our Montessori-based early childhood program is led by a certified teacher who is trained to provide a fully prepared learning environment for our students. Montessori education is a child-centered approach that emphasizes independence, freedom within limits, and respect for the child’s natural psychological, physical, and social development. Our teacher is skilled in observing, interacting, and presenting new materials to children in a way that fosters their curiosity and love of learning. The program includes long blocks of uninterrupted learning time that is student-led, as well as small group learning opportunities. Children are encouraged to make independent decisions and build their confidence through hands-on activities and practical life skills. Each child is assessed for their own skills and areas of growth, and the teacher customizes the learning experience to build off of their individual abilities, creating a positive attitude about themselves, their world, and being lifelong learners.
Location
We are located at 18831 Beck Rd, its on Beck rd between 6 and 7 mile rd. Our program has more than 1 Acre out door play and and fenced as well.

For example, in our infant room, we maintain a 1:3 ratio to ensure high quality, personalized care. All staff members undergo thorough background checks, and our director, Jyothi, is dedicated to hiring only the best and most qualified caregivers. We also prioritize open communication with families, ensuring that you are always informed and involved in your child’s care.
