Our Teachers

Hello, I’m Tamara! I’m the owner and educator here at TD Child Development Center. I’m a General Studies Major at Macomb Community College I graduate May 2024. I plan to transfer out this Fall to continue my education by majoring in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at a University. I have taken some classes related to both majors that have prepared me for assisting in the development of your child. I’m a fun and energetic person and I love playing, singing songs, and participating in fun activities. I plan to have some fun with the children I care for and learning while doing so.

Philosophy

I believe that children should have safety, peace, and the ability to enjoy the things around them through exploration, and play. I believe in teaching children respect, love for others, love for themselves, and love for their surroundings. I as a provider and educator will show children how to further their learning, how to enjoy learning, and understand themselves and the world around them. My center is a family friendly environment. I want students and parents to feel welcome when they arrive to the center.
