Our Teachers

The Director has been involved since the center opened October 1, 1990. We have two staff here since 1992. One staff since 2000 and another here 2017, 2018, the rest for 2 years. We are proud of the longevity and experience they bring to the program.

Philosophy

The Children’s Center believes that all children can and do learn in an inclusive environment. The environment provides developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children under the guidance of competent and knowledgeable staff.

Location

We are located at 343 Holmes Blvd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL. We are next door to Silver Sands School and Bruner Middle School is a half a block to the east. From Highway 98, turn on Wright Parkway by the Shell Station. Go through the light at Fort Walton Beach High School to the four way stop. Turn right and we are just down the street on the left.
