Our Teachers

My name is Cristina, and I am passionate about working with students in my home program. I named my program after my daughter, Jasmine, and I am so proud of the three children I have raised here in California - all of whom have gone on to various universities! I want to be able to do provide the same base for your little one, and have been doing so here for the past 16 years. I have worked with the SEEDs and First 5 programs to promote literacy development in young learners and enjoy growing and learning as much as the kids in my care.

Philosophy

My philosophy is to provide a happy and familiar environment where children are able to develop both physically and emotionally in a secure, and healthy way. I strive to learn about the individual interests, strengths and challenges for each child to find the best way in which I can help them grow.

Mi vision es proporcionar a su nino un ambiente alegre y familiar y un programa de desarrollo fisico y emocional sano, seguro y saludable. Quiero aprender sobre los intereses individuales, las fortalezas y los desafíos de cada niño para encontrar la mejor manera en que puedo ayudarlos a crecer.

Location

Nestled in East San Jose, our program is a safe space for students to grow and thrive! Children love playing in my large backyard, which is shaded by both a roof and large tree!

About our program

For the children, I provide an environment in which they:

• Learn through play
• Learn to relate to others as well as play independently
• Feel safe

For the parents, I provide an environment in which:

• We have clear and honest communication about your child on a daily basis
• I discuss your children’s activities
• We communicate about what is best for your child and the different ways in which we can help them develop

I provide quality care through my many years of experience as well as my studies in early education. Furthermore, I provide quality materials to help the children thrive and an experienced, wonderful working staff to help me.

• Comunicacion clara y honesesta sobre su nino diariamente
• Reporte sobre las actividade de su nino
• Trabajar en las aereas que tiene que ver el desarrollo de su nino

Mi base para ofrecer lo mejor en el cuidado es por

• Los anos de experienca
• Los estudios alcanzados en el desarrollo del nino
• El lugar de cuidado materiales y muebles
• El personal del trabajo

Mis Metas en el cuidado de su nino son las siguientes:

• Conocer los interes, puntos fuertes y retos de su nino
• Ofrecer actividades apropiadas a la edad y capacidad del nino
• Matener un medioambiente segure y saludable
• Matener una comunication abierta con los padres

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please only submit an application if you have visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
