Hello! I am Maria Cibrian, the founder of Cibrian Family Wonderschool. I was inspired to start my own program because it has always been one of my dreams. To have a loving warm care program, where children can blossom and grow. I have 21 years of experience working with young children. Before opening my family childcare program I worked for the LAUSD for 14 years in the special aid department. Working with children is my passion, loved being around children helping to develop social, emotional, and physical.
Philosophy
Our goal is to serve our families in our community providing a quality loving care. A program that meets the needs individually of each children. Our program is carefully design in an environment full of activities for the children where they learn while they play. Our goal is that children learn and develop social, cognitive, motor and physical development skills. Alining instruction and opportunities for play, exploration, and problem - solving that young children should know to succeed in school. Our program provide potty training for infants and toddlers that helps children for those school readiness a preschoolers that will go to an Elementary Educational Program. In addition to my preschool program provides nutritional breakfast, snacks, lunch during the day for children, who attends to our facility.
Mi meta es ayudar a los niños de todas edades y sus necesidades, a prepararlos para su primer pasos de educacion. Mi porgrama esta cuidadosamente disenado con actividades creativas y cuidado de calidad en un ambiente hogareño. Implementare un programa pre-escolar y educativo para infantes y niños pequeños dentro del cual puedan participar durante todo el año. Ademås de mi programa pre-escolar, otras actividades en las que los niños participarian incluyen; lectura de libros, colorear, dramatizaciones, construcciones con bloques, apreciaciön musical, danza y juegos al aire libre los cuales prepararan al niño a su primer dia de escuela.

Cibrian Family Wonderschool is located in a warm, inviting single family home in the South East neighborhood.
We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include reading / cozy area (for literacy, relaxation, and respite), manipulative and math area (for fine motor skills and beginning math concepts), and dramatic play area (for self-expression and empathy).
Children will have some outdoor time everyday in my private yard or outdoor space. Connecting with nature is vital to a child’s happiness and growth.
At Cibrian Family Wonderschool, I want to provide an environment that supports the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of each child.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application
If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.
4. Enroll
After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
