Our Teachers
Our child caregivers have extensive experience and education in early childhood development. They hold qualifications such as Child Development ECE units from De Anza College, Associate Teacher Permits, and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and mandated reporting. Our team is committed to continuous learning to maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, we have very low turnover, which provides a stable and consistent environment for the children, helping them feel secure and supported as they grow and learn.
Philosophy
At our childcare, we use a special hybrid curriculum that mixes the best ideas from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, play-based learning, and STEM education. We believe in letting each child’s interests and strengths guide their learning. Some days, the teacher plans the activities, and other days, the children get to choose what they want to explore. This way, we make sure every child learns in a way that’s best for them.
