Our Teachers

Hi! My name is Sabrina, the founder of Sabrina’s Childcare Wonderschool. I was inspired to start my own program to spend more time with my family and support the families in my community. I have a son of my own that is currently enrolled in my program. We are a family run business with my father cooking the meals and my mother assisting in the program. My mother was a teacher in Brazil for many years.

I have a teacher named Angela who also works in our program. She has over 10 years of experience and ECE units. Angela taught at the City of Menlo Park in the early preschool program and raised kids of her own. The kids absolutely love her daily activities.

In addition to having great teachers who are dedicated to their work and are constantly learning, we also provide various options and activities for the children in our childcare. We have a range of educational materials and resources available to cater to different learning styles and interests. We also organize different cultural events and celebrations throughout the year to expose the children to diverse traditions and languages. By incorporating Portuguese, English, and Spanish into our daily interactions, we create a multilingual environment that promotes language development and cultural appreciation.

Philosophy

At Sabrina’s Childcare and Wonderschool we believe that it is our responsibility as caregivers and educators to create an environment where children are encouraged to play and to solve problems as they develop cognitive, motor and language skills. We also nurture them socially, emotionally and physically so they are confident and happy.

It is our goal to keep your child safe and provide all of our children with the best possible education delivered by motivated, inspirational teachers. We provide children with the tools and resources necessary to explore and discover the world around them while having fun every day.

Location

Sabrina ‘s Childcare Wonderschool is located in a warm, beautiful single family home in the Cupertino neighborhood. We are very close to downtown Cupertino.

We have two amazing outdoor area where children are able to run freely and be creative with nature!

About our program

At Sabrina’s Childcare Wonderschool it is our goal to keep your child safe and provide all of our children with the best possible education delivered by motivated, inspirational teachers. We provide children with the tools and resources necessary to explore and discover the world around them while having fun every day. Through hands-on activities, encouragement, exploration and learning, Sabrina’s Childcare Wonderschool supports each child’s differing abilities. Children explore music and movement, math, science, art, language and much more.

Some of our most favorite activities include:

• cooking
• active storytelling
• architectural building activities
• music teacher
• Paint - finger painting, rollers, spray painting (kid friendly) etc.

Trilingual Program:

• We teach our students in multiple languages throughout the day. These include Portuguese, Spanish and English. A multilingual education can help with problem-solving, working memory and decision making.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
