Born in Northern France, Hallouma is a native French speaker with master’s degrees in French Communication and International Business from the University of Charles De Gaulle. She is currently completing a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in child developmental psychology and clinical counseling, a background that profoundly shapes her approach to care.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Hallouma brings both academic depth and emotional insight to her work. When she noticed a lack of high-quality, play-based, and culturally rich early learning programs in her community, she decided to create her own — one that blends the warmth of home with the rigor of French education.
