Sandra Luedeke (AKA) Ms.Sandy is the proud owner and lead teacher at Sandy’s Tender Care preschool/childcare home-based center, she has been married for 36 years, a mother to a wonderful daughter, and Grammy to /2 amazing grandkids.

Ms.Sandy has over 29 years of experience offering childcare services to the community she is passionate about children’s happiness /growth and takes pride in her profession as a teacher and childcare provider.

Ms. Sandy is registered with The Virginia Department of Social Services also partnerships with Children’s Harbor, Chesapeake RU Ready, Virginia SBDC, Virginia Child Care Aware, Smart beginnings. She also received 4 Stars with Virginia Quality and has Infant/Adult CPR, and First Aid certified

My Mission to provide children with the highest-quality child care to meet the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development needs of the children, by providing Loving and Nurturing Care to your child with age-appropriate development activities in a bright cheerful Christian environment and Nutritious meals.

We prepare children for a successful transition to kindergarten and to reach their fullest potential.

Sandy’s Tender Care wants to form a strong partnership with parents to ensure the highest quality of child care in a safe, healthy, and fun environment at an affordable cost for all families.

About our program

Sandy’s Tender Care preschool/childcare located in the city of Chesapeake Va. That provide preschool/childcare services for children 12 months to 6 years we offer a comfortable, safe, affordable, Christian, fun, nurturing, and learning environment in a bright and clean preschool/childcare classroom that is warm and inviting to children, and Fun shine express early learning curriculum we use here at S.T.C is designed to offer age-appropriate activities.

S.T.C offers Full-day preschool/childcare year-round. We’ll help your child, social skills, learn to share, and help prepare for kindergarten and have fun!
