Philosophy
At Joyful Journeys Educational Experience, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that children learn best in a nurturing, child-initiated environment that fosters autonomy and collaboration. With play based learning and a reggio emilia inspired environment children learn through hands-on exploration, creativity, and discovery, children develop essential skills for life– social, emotional, physical, and cognitive– while building community, confidence and independence.
We are committed to providing a safe, caring, comfortable, and welcoming environment where curiosity is encouraged, unique individualities are celebrated, and every child feels valued. By blending developmentally appropriate practices and programs while setting up the environment as the “third teacher” children will experience a lifelong love of learning. At JJEE we thrive on the concept of bringing joy into enhancing children in learning the fundamental steps for a successful future. We pride ourselves on providing a dynamic educational experience through academic knowledge and life skills. On this journey our students will acquire an abundance of love, high quality care, and understanding of educational goals. While fostering children to strengthen and build relationships with their families, peers, and educators, at the same time aspiring to discover and inspire their abilities, talents, and passions.We intend to guide each and every child’s heart, mind, and creativity to life beyond the classroom. As a student at JJEE, our children will gain an exceptional educational experience where they will learn today and lead tomorrow. As the Owners and Executive Directors of the establishment we believe children should be seen, heard, loved, and prepared for life. 2. Tour our program
Come see what makes Joyful Journey Educational Experience unique. If we are currently hosting tours, you can request or schedule a tour at the top of this page. If we are not currently hosting tours, you’ll see a “Request Info” button at the top of this page; if you submit your information using this button, we will notify you when we start host tours again in the future.
3. Submit an Enrollment Application
If you’re interested in enrolling, submit an application by selecting Apply to enroll. If this option if not available, you can message the program director. Please do not apply to enroll until you have set up a tour and visited the program.
