Paula started Childcare in the Tigard/Beaverton neighborhoods of Portland Metro over 10 years ago, in an effort to meet the needs of the growing community and to fulfill her goal of educating and caring for children in a loving and nurturing environment. Paula left her job in the corporate world in 2012 when her oldest son was born. It was during this time that she made the choice to leave her position as an executive manager and dove into her studies as an early learning educator. She received her CDA in 2013 as it was important to her to offer families and children a caring home like environment and be able to put her vast experience as a mother of 4, along with professional studies in education to bring a full developmental experience for children. Her experience as an executive and manager in many levels of companies over the years have also given her the ability to elect, educate, coach and develop her assistant employees with confidence, to meet the ultimate goal of being a premium child care with in a home based environment.
Paula has four children of her own, 2 of which are her daughters whom are now adult women. Paula has several years of experience and wisdom as a parent. In addition, she possesses knowledge in early childhood education. She understands the importance, the early years of childhood development and education, has on future success in school and in life. She is excited to be able to offer a highly individualized preschool program in the Tigard/Beaverton communities and is looking forward to making a positive impact on the preschool-aged children enrolled at All Our Hearts Learning and Childcare.

Testimonials
We have been with All Our Hearts Childcare for 4 years now and could not be happier. Our son has had a great experience and made lots of friends. The social skills he has developed is awesome as well as how much he is learning. He has learned the alphabet, math skills, reading skills, science, and manners which we could not be happier about. The friendly and courteous staff has been so good to us and our son loves going to “school’.

I’ve had 2 kids with Paula over the past 4 years. the first thing I noticed and loved is the cleanliness of her facility. She puts a big focus on keeping things tidy and sanitized. She provides structure, nutritious meals and snacks, creative crafts and enrichment activities, prioritizes outdoor time, and takes a personal interest in making sure that kids are fully prepared to succeed in kindergarten. She loves the kids, and they love her. She hires really great staff and I feel 100% comfortable leaving my kids with her. The kids are loved, clean, engaged, and happy. As a parent I couldn’t ask for anything more.

All Our Hearts Childcare has been a wonderful place for my children! We were so thrilled to find this gem in the Bull Mountain area! Paula is incredible with the kids and is a wealth of information when it comes to child development and education. She trains her staff very well and holds them to the high standards she has in place so they are all as knowledgeable, professional, and caring as she is. I love that they follow a preschool curriculum so I know my sons are making progress on that front, but Paula and her team are also really intentional about getting the kids outside as much as possible, which is something I really appreciate. My boys love going to “school” at Paula’s house! My older son just told me the other day, “I wish every day was a school day because I love it so much!” I know Paula and her team really care about my kids and their well-being, and as a parent, that makes all the difference in the world when it comes to what I am looking for in a care-giver.
