Laurys firmly believes that meaningful learning occurs when students feel represented, motivated, and connected to their environment. Her mission is to foster educational settings that cultivate critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity, preparing future generations, especially those from historically marginalized communities, to lead a just and sustainable energy transition.
