Our Teachers
At Blended Minds Learning Academy, we are proud to offer a team of highly qualified and passionate educators dedicated to providing the highest standard of early childhood education. Our leadership team includes three administrators, with both the Director and Assistant Director holding Master’s Degrees in education-related fields. In our infant classroom, teachers hold both Bachelor’s Degrees and CDA (Child Development Associate) credentials, ensuring a strong and nurturing foundation. Our toddler team includes a teacher with a CDA and Career Pathways Level CPL 4, another with CPL 2, and one with a Bachelor’s Degree. In our Pre-K classroom, one teacher brings over 20 years of experience while another holds a CPL 2. Overall, more than 85% of our staff have achieved CPL 2 or higher, demonstrating our commitment to professional excellence and ongoing development.

My kids have been attending Blended Minds since they opened back in September 2024, and honestly, I truly enjoy having them at this childcare center. The center my kids were in before, they attended for about 2 ½ years, and I was so nervous about moving them to a new daycare after we relocated to another side of town. I’m not an easy person to trust when it comes to my children, but Jakob, Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Edwards, Kayla (one of the toddler teachers), and several others have made both me and my children feel comfortable and cared for.
If an incident happens—even the smallest thing—I am contacted immediately. If my children need extra coaching, I’m contacted, and we work together to find solutions and make positive changes within the center.

Our center sits near several elementary schools including Cedarwood, Watkins Elementary, Parsons Elementary, and Hamilton Elementary, making transitions to K–5 education smooth for families. We are just minutes away from South High Street, offering easy access to public transportation and major roadways for commuting parents. Families appreciate our proximity to neighborhood parks and green spaces where children can explore and play beyond the classroom. The surrounding neighborhoods are family-oriented and supportive, creating a strong sense of community for our students.
