Our Teachers
Hello! My name is Sultana Wahid. I’m a 39-year-old educator with a Master’s degree in Education and over a decade of hands-on experience in early childhood settings. I am CPR certified and have spent more than 10 years working as a head teacher in Montessori classrooms with 2- and 3-year-olds, where I developed a deep understanding of child-centered, developmental learning.
After years of guiding young children in structured school settings, I decided to follow my heart and open my own home-based childcare program—a dream I’ve carried with me for many years. As the head teacher, I bring a warm, nurturing, and enriching environment where little ones are encouraged to explore, grow, and thrive at their own pace.
Every child deserves a thoughtful beginning, and I’m honored to be part of that journey.

About our program
Hi, I’m Sultana Wahid—an experienced caregiver and passionate early childhood professional. I specialize in infant care through my in-home childcare program, offering a nurturing, safe, and loving environment for little ones during their most delicate stage of development.
My journey began as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC) and postpartum night nurse, supporting new mothers and their babies through those tender first weeks. Over the years, my passion for infant care only grew, leading me to create a dedicated in-home program focused exclusively on newborns and infants.
This is the first step toward a lifelong dream: opening my own licensed childcare center. Until then, I’m proud to provide personalized, high-quality infant care from the comfort of my home—where every baby is treated like family.
