Testimonials

“ My daughter Elizabeth Bradley once went to daycare at Ms. Rosa Aguiar’s school. Just in the few months, she was there she learned so much. My daughter has autism and they treated her with love and care. They never treated her differently even though they knew she had a disability. I would love to thank Ms. Rosa and her team for everything they have done for my daughter Elizabeth.”

”As a parent, I wholeheartedly entrust the staff at Dreamland Daycare with my daughter. She was enrolled in Dreamland for her first and second year of age. The staff was very nurturing to her and very considerate of my peace of mind as well. They communicated everything to me and also provided me with guidance as a new mom, which I will forever be grateful for. I truly love that they are centered around getting the kids into working on their academic progress very early in their childhood. Ms. Rosa and Ms. Carmen always made me feel extremely comforted when it came to my daughter’s safety. My daughter is now 4 years old and still wishes to be back at Dreamland. 10/10 I definitely recommend.”

“My daughter, Ava, had the privilege of attending Dreamland Daycare and we couldn’t be more pleased with her growth, development and learning experience there. Ms. Rosa and Ms. Carmen are a hardworking pair of educators and childcare professionals who really care about the children. Full transparency, Ava was speech delayed in her early years and developed not just her language skills but also her confidence. She left Dreamland conversing effectively, expressing herself and problem solving like a pro. Dreamland provided a fun-filled environment with exactly the perfect blend of play and learning. I’ve always been amazed with the outcomes of Dreamland children, and we’re grateful that little Ava was nurtured there. Dreamland Daycare comes highly recommended for a lovely learning experience with excellent care. “

Philosophy

My name is Rosa Aguiar, and I am an early childcare educator who opened the doors of Dreamland Daycare nineteen years ago with the belief that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially. It is my desire as an educator to help the children meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking and invites sharing of ideas. There are three elements that I believe are conducive to establishing such environments, (1) The teachers acting as a guide. (2) Allowing the child their natural curiosity to direct his/her learning as they play. (3) Promote respect for all things and people.
