Our Teachers

Juanita Ndomb, Staff Juanita graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s in education (2015) and a master’s in special education (2021). With her experience working for a behavior elementary school in Florida, she wants to be an agent of change in the educational field with the help of families here in Nevada.

Philosophy

The physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of each child must be challenged in order to achieve their full potential. We focus on one skill at a time until every kid shows mastery by using different strategies for students varying needs.

About our program

Our motto is ‘Raising The Whole Child’. By that I mean, providing a program consistent with high standards which will allow each child to develop at his or her level. Baseline and data will be collected on a regular basis to monitor and celebrate the progress of each child’s physical, mental, social, and emotional growth. I have experience dealing with behavior using conscientious discipline and ABA therapy. We give instructions using precision teaching methods.
