My journey as an educator began when my children were small. I wanted to make sure they were getting the best of the best. I earned a BSED and then a MS. Special Education. I ran my own daycare for 5 years and I loved every minute of it. Due to unforeseen family health issues I had to close for a little while but now I am eager to start teaching these little amazing beings again.
Philosophy
Children ages 0-7 take in information like sponges. They have not learned the habits that hold them back yet. We encourage creativity and positive behavior methods so they may thrive in any setting. We encourage self awareness and ways to be kind to each other through speaking and respecting boundaries. We empower all students with the knowledge and skills required to reach their full potential, to contribute to future generations, to love learning and to become involved members of a global community.
About our program
We believe in fostering critical and creative thinking and collaborative problem-solving through art, building, music, play and dance. We encourage children to use their imaginations and expose them to different languages including sign language to encourage community and leadership.
