Our Teachers

Staci Frazier, the owner, and CEO of MFS has over 35 years of experience in the early childhood field. She has been a preschool teacher, childcare director, NICU parent liaison, and early intervention Spanish translator, all in Illinois, and a director of an early intervention company here in Nevada prior to opening her own family enrichment center, MFS! Staci is also a parent to 3 biological children, the third being a micro-preemie, born at 23 weeks, and 4 stepchildren. 2 of the 7 children are on the autism spectrum so she has direct experience at home as well. Her passion is to make changes here in Nevada and support families with diverse needs!

Philosophy

Our onboarding philosophy focuses on providing specialized care for children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, while our additional philosophy emphasizes dedicated support for families, including those facing challenging circumstances. We offer a home away from home space where children can feel safe to be themselves, engaging in play-based learning experiences that promote sensory integration and the development of social and self-help skills in a fully inclusive environment.

Location

We are located at 6960 O’Bannon Drive, #110, Las Vegas, NV 89117. That is off of Rainbow Blvd. between Sahara Ave. and Oakey Blvd.

The easiest way to get there is to turn west on El Parque Ave. from Rainbow Blvd. and enter into the complex directly behind the strip mall. We are the second business on your right. MFS is nestled inside of the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada’s building.

About our program

Milestone Family Solutions is a low-capacity, sensory-friendly center specializing in Out of School Time Care! We offer fully inclusive programs focusing on children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Our knowledge and flexibility allows us to care for children with a variety of abilities and our rooms are set up with their specific needs in mind! All of our programs work on developmental enrichments, including socialization, basic living skills, art, music, physical activity and more in our Social Lounge, Game Room, Activity Room and Sensory Play Room!

At MFS we also offer community resources and have several family events throughout the year. We are open after school, school holidays and breaks, and we offer sensory-friendly playgroups two weekends each month.

Admissions

Our program is a year round program, but we do have an official start of a new program year each fall. Our program enrolls on a monthly basis as space allows. Regardless of when a child enrolls, they are subject to any updates to policies as they occur.

Enrollment contracts will auto-renew each month unless parents give sufficient notice to terminate or there have been any changes to policies or pricing (at the discretion of the CEO), in which case parents will sign a new contract.

If there are any changes to pricing, the Milestone Family Solutions team will provide new rates with at least three months’ notice.

Enrollment and Annual Fees: Milestone Family Solutions charges a $75.00 annual fee due upon your second registered date of service OR program enrollment, and a one-time registration fee of $35.00, both of which are non-refundable. These fees go directly to setting your child’s permanent file and to defer some cost for materials used in our center throughout the year for the children.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that you must provide at least 30 days notice before the end of participation in the program. If you cancel your child’s participation in the program at any time without the required 30 days notice, you will be required to pay tuition for the remaining 30 days after you give notice of end of participation, regardless of whether the child is receiving care.
