Filosofía

As a faith-based program we believe that an essential part of our program is to nurture the positive social and emotion development of each child. Our program is designed to support the values and culture of the families we serve. Appletree’s goal is to provide children with tools they need to fulfill the purpose for which they are created. OUR MISSION “Meeting the needs of the ‘whole child.’” This also includes the family and community through high-quality, affordable programs that are accessible to all.”

OUR PURPOSE To offer a warm, accepting, positive atmosphere in which the whole person can grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, creatively, intellectually, and physically. We want children to know that God loves them and has a plan for their lives, that Jesus lived loved children, helped people, and taught of God’s love and care. We want to help children learn to think, feel, and act in a way that reflects the life of Christ: love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, gentleness, and self-control.

OUR SLOGAN “Cultivating Hopes and Dreams.” We believe that individuals learn best through activities and environments that are healthy and safe, age appropriate, engaging, and meaningful. As a result, AppleTree Educational Center creates programs for children, youth, and families that are responsive to needs, that are based on best practices, and that empower individuals and families to reach their full potential.
