Our Teachers

Hello! My name is Giselle Delgado, and I am passionate about providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I have over 4 years of childcare experience, including more than 2 years working with professional daycare companies. These experiences have helped me develop the skills and patience needed to support children’s development and understand their individual needs.

I am currently pursuing my degree in Psychology, which allows me to continue learning about human behavior, emotional development, and the importance of early childhood experiences.

At Miracle Early Childhood Education, my goal is to make every child feel safe, loved, valued, and comfortable while in my care. I believe every child learns at their own pace and deserves patience, encouragement, and opportunities to explore their world. I focus on supporting children’s independence, communication, social-emotional growth, and developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, songs, play, and meaningful interactions.

I also believe that building strong relationships with families is an essential part of childcare. I want parents to feel confident and comfortable knowing their little ones are receiving attentive, compassionate care in a home-like environment.

My mission is to create a place where little hearts feel safe, curious minds grow, and every child has the opportunity to shine.

Philosophy

My philosophy as a childcare provider is to create a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged to learn and grow. I believe that every child is unique and develops at their own pace, so I strive to provide care that meets each child’s individual needs, interests, and abilities. I believe childcare is more than simply providing supervision. It is an opportunity to help children build important learning and life skills through everyday routines, play, exploration, and positive interactions. I encourage children to become more independent by giving them age-appropriate opportunities to make choices, try new things, communicate their needs, and participate in daily activities while knowing that I am there to support them.
