Philosophy
At Playtime Daycare
we strive to provide a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment.
Our classroom is carefully designed to reflect each child’s interests, needs, abilities and cultivate a positive self-image and independence.
We foster equal opportunity in education for all children regardless of race, creed, gender, religion, national origin, or disabilities.
At the time of enrollment, we immediately begin collaborating with families to gather information about home languages, cultures, and family values so that we can incorporate each child’s culture into our classroom in various ways.
We believe that family engagement and teacher-family collaboration play crucial roles in supporting children ‘s overall development and academic success.
We strive to encourage, assist, and work hand in hand with every parental figure including mothers, fathers, and/or grandparents, or other legal guardians.
We strive to incorporate frequent family engagement events and activities to encourage families to engage in their child’s learning regularly.

About our program
The mission of Playtime Daycare is to provide top quality care and education in the comfort of a home. We value working with smaller group sizes because it allows us an opportunity to build relationships with every child and their families. We believe in building meaningful connections with each child so that we can observe and support their interests, strengths, and needs. We strive to provide a positive climate for families and a stimulating learning environment, with respect for each child’s abilities. Our hope is that each child comes in every day feeling that they are welcomed, respected, and appreciated and that each parent leaves feeling confident that their child is in safe and loving hands.
