Enroll in Westside YMCA Pre-K
We’re excited to welcome your family to the Westside YMCA Pre-K Program! Our program provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, build friendships, and prepare for their next steps in school.
How to Enroll

Start Your Registration Families can begin the enrollment process by contacting the Westside YMCA or completing the initial YMCA registration. Enrollment is based on classroom availability.

Confirm Your Child’s Space Our Pre-K Director will confirm classroom availability and help your family through the enrollment process.

Complete Enrollment Forms Families will complete all required enrollment paperwork, including:
Child and family information Emergency contacts Authorized pickup information Health and medical information Required licensing forms

Submit Health Records A current immunization record or approved exemption must be provided. Additional medical forms may be required depending on your child’s individual needs.

Universal Child Care Assistance We accept New Mexico Universal Child Care assistance. Families using assistance will need to provide the appropriate authorization information. Our team can help guide families through this process.

Get Connected Once enrolled, families will receive access to Brightwheel, our parent communication and check-in/check-out system. Brightwheel allows families to communicate with teachers and receive classroom updates.

Prepare for Your First Day! Before your child begins, you will receive important program information, including our daily schedule, what to bring, arrival and pickup procedures, family policies, and other helpful information to make the transition into Pre-K as smooth as possible.
