Briannah Harrison:
My name is Briannah Harrison and I am so EXCITED to be joining the Blessed are They Learning Center family! I graduated from Marian High School in 2009, then attended college at Iowa Western Community College and The University’ of Nebraska Lincoln. Although working with children has always been a dream of mine, I’ve spent the last few years as a CNA/personal care aid and about 15 years in the family restaurant/ customer services.
I have a 5 year old son named Brayden. He is the absolute JOY of my life. He’s in kindergarten at St. Pius St. Leo. We love to read and play games together, build with legos, travel, cook, going to the zoo, arts/and crafts.

Ashli Carlock:
The Blessed Are They Learning Center is in Omaha, Ne founded and operated by Ashli Carlock. “My passion is children and making sure I help to produce happy, healthy, well-balanced, and morally lead children. In high hopes that they will grow on to be successful and purpose driven adults, who will be better leaders who build better communities for our tomorrow.”
Ms. Carlock has been working with children for eighteen years in multiple childcare settings. Ashli started at an early age in her mother’s home center, after that, she began taking her endeavors to new heights. Ashli worked her way up the early childhood ladder, taking her very first professional job as an aide for Academic Adventures. Subsequently, following the path to a lead teacher at Underwood Hills Early Learning Center through Westside District 66. Ms. Carlock has worked for several other successful and well operated centers. Ashli has worked as a site director for Omaha School Foundation for OPS, Healthy Start Learning Center as an assistant director, while working as a night shift supervisor for Nana’s Little World. While still loving children wholeheartedly, Ashli stepped away to venture and explore in other avenues. Receiving the opportunity to serve as a Visitation Specialist providing supervised visits, collecting and submitting data to the courts for the safe return of children to their homes.
Ashli, maintaining the call of her heart to the prosperity and wanting of equal opportunity to children in her community, was presented the scope to work as a Paraprofessional for Nelson Mandela Elementary School. This was a wonderful experience that helped Ashli to obtain practice and skill in Spalding Reading, Singapore Math, and other professional development. All of these trials and applications have supported Ashli in the grounding of the expansion and perspective of quality childcare. Consequently, equipping her with the knowledge to own and operate a flourishing and efficient childcare center. Ms. Carlock plans to continue educating herself while being open minded to all available knowledge in Early Childhood Education and development.
