Philosophy

We believe in training up a child in the way that they should go, as well as recognizing that each child is uniquely developing at their own pace. At Precious Angels Pre-Care, we design a learning environment that caters to various domains of development. By promoting self-esteem and fostering physical, cognitive, visual, oral, memory, and language skills, we encourage children to engage in activities at their individual developmental levels.

Location

My location is great because I am right on the edge of town on main road of hwy 24.

About our program

Here at Precious Angels, we want to give your child the basic training that they will need to become successful in the following years to come. We have set Competency Goals that we would like to focuses on.

We want to maintain a commitment to professionalism in my job so that all goals can be achieved. Professionalism can be practiced in a number of ways. One thing I do is to keep all information concerning children and families confidential, this trust allows open communication between parents and myself which enables me to serve the children to the best of my ability. I use my creativity in the best way possible. I try to give the child my undivided attention and be aware of what’s going on around us both negative and positive.

I follow the children’s lead; I observe, and at the child’s pace I approach. I have to be willing to be silly, react to what is happening, and go with the flow. In every situation, I make allowances for emotions, both mine and the children’s. I allow them to express themselves. I try to get enough sleep and eat a balanced breakfast before the kids arrive so that I can give 100% of myself to the children. I want to establish a positive and productive relationship with families. I do my best to create a learning and loving environment where the esteem of self and others is promoted.

In doing these things we are looking to ensure a well-run purposeful programmed that is responsive coparticipants’ needs. On a weekly basis records checklists’ will be used to chart and record children’s progression .Goals will be set for each child level, we will work closely with the children, parents, and community as a whole.

As child care provider I take every opportunity to nurture, encourage, and assist in any way I can to enhance the development of each and every child that you will bee entrusting into my care.
