Yahala Devine, Director

Yahala is a graduate from Hinds Community College. She has raise four children of her own; and her family has cared for many children in the community as well as other family members over the years. Developing a relationship with children and their families fosters a level of trust that she cares and knows each child’s concerns; which allows her to provide a strong supportive foundation in the community.

Philosophy

At Rena Mae’s, we strive to create a safe and caring environment. Our program provides a place where children can engage in their curriculum; as well as active and outdoor play which helps them connect with their imagination and surrounding environment. This gives each child the opportunity to create their own ideas and interest.
