Our Teachers
All of the educators at Pediatric Haven has extensive experience in working children with and without disabilities. We also have a special education director, Sandra West, who has over 20 years of experience in the public school sector.
Philosophy
Our program is all about Inclusion. Inclusion is the practice of including children with disabilities in a childcare setting with typically developing children of similar ages, with specialized instruction and support when needed. This allows the childcare environment to be beneficial for all children who attend.
Location
We are centrally located in Madison, MS, 102 Lexington Drive, Ste 200. Right off Gluckstadt Road next door to Baptist Medical Clinic and across the street from Trustcare Kids Clinic. We also have a second location, 110 S. Pearson Road, Ste B, Pearl, MS, also right next door to the Baptist Clinic.
About our program
We are a multidisciplinary inclusive childcare that provides not only a great preschool curriculum but as well as therapy services. Our therapy services include, occupational, physical, speech/language & ABA services. Pediatric Haven educators’ use practical strategies, techniques, and tools for working with children of all developmental backgrounds. Our goal for your child is to achieve their highest potential in an appropriate and inclusive early childhood environment. High-quality childcare is a priority for all parents, rather they have a typical or atypical child. A happy and warm atmosphere with well trained staff is every parent’s desire for their child.
