Our Teachers
My experience in childcare has been very interesting throughout my 22 years of experience. First, I started out as a preschool teacher at my Church daycare in 2006. It was my very first time working with children and it turned out to be just for me, I loved every bit of my experience with them. Later on in 2009, the Church Daycare asked if anyone was interested. Finished the C.D of Mississippi and then I decided to be home with our girls whom we adopted to spend more time with them and with doing that I decided to open my own home daycare in which I opened up in October 2010. Showing love for children doesn’t need to be complicated, but it does need to be intentional. A supportive learning environment is critical for students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
Philosophy
We provide opportunities for the children to experience through caring relationships, literature, music and nature appreciation,. We recognize the importance of the early years in the development of a child’s values and self-esteem. We believe that children learn through self-discovery and play. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust where children can participate in developmentally appropriate cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and activities. We believe in facilitating the development of the whole child and in nurturing the child’s mindbody, and self-esteem.
