Our Teachers

Personally About the director: I am a mom who saw a need in the area of a daycare that offers a daily curriculum that stimulates young minds. And ensures that they are effectively prepared for school.

Academically About the director: Bachelors in Communicative Sciences with a Minor in Education (Graduated in May 2017), Teaching Certification through Teach Mississippi Institute (Graduated May 2017), and Master’s of Special Education (M.Ed-Graduated December 2022).

Experience: JumpStart at Bramlett Elementary (August 2016-May 2017), Teaching Experience: 7 years in Rankin County School District , Tutoring Services: 5 Years-Private

Other staff: Are equipped with tools and resources that best help them serve students.

Philosophy

Our program uses a multi-sensory approach to expose our little scholars to information needed to help them thrive in social settings, academic settings, and different kinesthetic activities.

Little Scholars Academy in Brandon offers a program focusing on preparing children for school through a nurturing environment that enhances their social and emotional growth. With a unique hands-on approach, children experience active learning that promotes early childhood development.
