Founder & Owner, Little One’s Concept Center LLC

Deaja Williams is a dedicated Family Childcare Provider and visionary in early childhood education. Her journey began as a teacher at an inner-city daycare facility, where her passion for nurturing and educating young minds was first ignited. In 2019, she took a bold and inspiring step by establishing her own Family Home Childcare Facility—Little One’s Concept Center LLC.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, Deaja has proudly earned her Child Development Associate (C.D.A.) certification. This achievement reflects her dedication to professional growth and ensures that children in her care benefit from the highest standards in early childhood education. Her goal is to provide a nurturing, safe, and developmentally enriching environment for every child she serves.

With small class sizes and a loving home-based setting, Deaja and her team focus on individualized attention and strong community values. Every child is treated as a unique individual, and families are embraced as essential partners in the learning process.

Philosophy

Our Program Philosophy At Little One’s Concept Learning Center LLC, we believe all children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and supported. We give each child the time and attention they need to grow and succeed. Our program teaches the basics from Pre-K to some early First Grade skills. We help children get ready for school by focusing on reading, writing, math, and learning how to follow directions. We also give homework sometimes, and some of our lessons may be done on a tablet to help children learn how to use technology in a smart and fun way. What we value most: • Learning at your child’s pace – Every child learns differently, and that’s okay! • School skills – We help children get ready for kindergarten and beyond. • Tablet learning – We use tablets to help kids learn letters, numbers, and more. • Working with families – We believe parents and teachers should work together. • A loving space – We make sure every child feels safe, cared for, and happy. Join the Little One’s Concept Learning Center LLC Community in 3 Easy Steps! We’re excited you’re considering becoming a part of the Little One’s family! Here’s how to get started:

1. Explore Our Website Take time to learn more about who we are! On our site, you’ll find helpful information about: • Our educational philosophy • Curriculum and age groups served • Program values and safety measures This will help you decide if Little One’s Concept Learning Center LLC is the right fit for your family.

2. Tour Our Program Come see the magic in person! • If tours are currently available, you’ll see an option at the top of the page to Schedule a Tour. • If we are not hosting tours at this time, you can click the “Request Info” button instead. We’ll notify you as soon as tours open back up. A tour is required before submitting an application.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application If you’ve visited and loved what you see, it’s time to apply! Click “Apply to Enroll” to submit your application. If that option is not available, you can message the Program Director directly for assistance. Please note: • $65 enrollment fee per child • $20 fee for each additional child • Applications will only be accepted after you’ve completed a tour
