Tionna Spears, Director
Tionna has over 10 years of experience in childcare. She noticed how much she enjoyed working with kids when she took on an on-campus daycare job. In 2014, she realized her dreams of one day having her own in-home childcare program. Tionna’s favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with those in her care as well as the families. Tionna’s goal is to create a welcoming and nurturing environment for those in her care and to develop a strong relationship within her community. She believes that a small class will create the space to developed and grow as well as the opportunity to work on individual needs to provide a solid and supportive foundation over the years.
Philosophy
At Kid’ E Klubhouse, we are dedicated to nurturing the whole child—spiritually, socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. We believe that every child is a unique individual with their own strengths, interests, and developmental path. Through intentional care and a supportive environment, we create daily opportunities for children to grow with confidence, kindness, and curiosity.
Our team works closely with families to ensure that each child feels seen, heard, and valued. Whether through hands-on learning experiences, creative play, or moments of quiet reflection, we strive to meet every child’s needs with love and respect. At Kid’ E Klubhouse, we are more than a childcare program—we’re a place where children are guided to become their best selves, inside and out.

We are located right off 170 and Natural bridge. You’ll take the exit, turn right towards QuikTrip and drive down to my street located by the city of Bel ridge city hall. Address is presented on house in black bold numbers! Looking forward to meeting your family!

- Tour our program Come see what makes Kid’E Klubhouse unique. If we are currently hosting tours, you can request or schedule a tour at the top of this page. If we are not currently hosting tours, you’ll see a “Request Info” button at the top of this page; if you submit your information using this button, we will notify you when we start host tours again in the future.
- Submit an Enrollment Application If you’re interested in enrolling, submit an application by selecting Apply to enroll. If this option if not available, you can message the program director. Please do not apply to enroll until you have set up a tour and visited the program.
