My name is Lea Wilcox, I am a mother of two grown children and one grand daughter. I am a Professional Child Care Provider with over 10 years experience in a day care setting and CPR certified. Working with children from the ages of 6 weeks old to 4 years old. Helping with growth & development in a safe, nurturing environment and providing a solid supportive foundation.

At our program we believe that every child deserves a nurturing, family-friendly environment where they feel safe, valued, and supported. Our philosophy centers around the belief that children learn best through play, meaningful relationships, and rich social interaction.

We are committed to providing a warm and welcoming space that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning. Through hands-on play-based experiences, children are encouraged to explore the world around them, build strong social-emotional skills, and develop a solid foundation for lifelong learning

At the heart of our approach is the belief that strong, respectful, relationships-between children, families, caregivers-are essential to healthy development. We work closely with families to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

Location

We are in the Orchard Crest neighborhood of Springfield; on a tree lined street in a single family home. We are close to parks, schools and a couple miles off highway 44. We are in a great location in you work downtown or surrounding areas of Springfield.

   schedule a tour at the top of this page. If we are not currently hosting tours, you’ll see a “Request Info” button at the top of this page; if you submit your information using this button, we will notify you when we start host tours again in the future.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

   If you’re interested in enrolling, submit an application by selecting Apply to enroll. If this option is not available, you can message the program director. Please do not apply to enroll until you have set up a tour and visited the program.*
