Testimonials

Lea was my assistant in the infant room at Learn and Grow Organic Daycare for a little over two years. She’s not only am amazing friend she was a phenomenal assistant who is greatly missed. She was always hands on with the children, and very loving, and attentive. She also watched my niece, and nephew, and does, an amazing job. If I ever leave the childcare industry I would only trust her with my grandson.

Alisha Vallance

I am honored to write this letter of recommendation for Lea Wilcox, who formerly worked under my supervision at Learn and Grow Organic Daycare as an infant/toddler teacher for approximately 2 and a half years. During that time she consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, compassion and professionalism to the children in her care.

Lea has a natural gift for working with young children and is warm, nurturing, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. In addition she is extremely dependable and always maintains excellent relationships with parents and families. Parents who choose to enroll their children in her program will be placing them in good hands.

Melanie Munder

Lea was such a joy to work with in my daycare for a few years, she knew exactly how to care for the children we had here, we had up to 14 at one time, Lea went above and beyond to help make sure all the children we safe at all times, she made sure all state regulations were continually met…and the children absolutely loved her…

Philosophy

At our program we believe that every child deserves a nurturing, family-friendly environment where they feel safe, valued, and supported. Our philosophy centers around the belief that children learn best through play, meaningful relationships, and rich social interaction.

We are committed to providing a warm and welcoming space that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning. Through hands-on play-based experiences, children are encouraged to explore the world around them, build strong social-emotional skills, and develop a solid foundation for lifelong learning

At the heart of our approach is the belief that strong, respectful, relationships-between children, families, caregivers-are essential to healthy development. We work closely with families to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

Sprinkle’s Of Sunshine is more than just a daycare- it’s a community where every child can shine!!!
