Executive Director: Pastor Randi Blackard I am the wife to my amazing husband Pastor Nathan Blackard. I am also a mom to my wonderful children, Averin, Alaina and Addison(and several fosters now reunited with their parents). I have lived in the Springfield area for the past 20 years. In addition, I am a former registered investment advisor and insurance professional, we are licensed ministers who at Pastor North Side Assembly of God, also licensed in Therapeutic Foster Care and business owners. We are passionate about taking care of children and their families. We have a heart to see God restore broken families. Our desire is to work in the kingdom of God and see each one grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. I love to teach, train and equip our amazing staff to grow in their talents and gifting’s.
Director of Daily Operations: Courtney Jo Formerly a stay at home mom, now rocking the boss life! I am married and mother to my beautiful daughter! I have a passion for children, their developmental, emotional and spiritual needs. My role at North Side Child Care Center is multi-faceted. I specialize in getting children enrolled and set up with Subsidy/Private Pay/Foster Care Subsidy and billing needs and getting you acquainted with our teachers, staff and facility. I am one of the team directors that you will reach out to for your day to day questions about your child, enrollment paperwork requirements and so much more!
