Trish Lovelace, Director/Owner

I am a childcare provider in the Raytown, MO area. I’m the proud owner of Early Learner’s Childcare which was established in 2025. I’ve had a passion for caring for children since I was a teenager. From babysitting at an early age I knew ultimately caring for kids was where I needed to be. My love for children and the idea of helping them succeed as little people in the world brings me joy.

I am also a wife and mother of 3.

Tracey Tanner, Assistant Tracey helps as an assistant at Early Learner’s Childcare. She is a mother of 3 and grandmother to 15+ children. Caring for small children has always been a passion she’s shared. She has worked as a daycare provider in the past as well. She has a passion for making sure kids are safe, being educated and cared for in our facility.

Philosophy

It is the philosophy of the Early Learners Childcare that children be encouraged to learn and grow by providing a foundation of developmentally appropriate experiences where all children can succeed in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe that each child is a unique individual and that all children can learn. Our child care program provides inclusive settings that recognize children’s varied abilities, interests, needs, and learning styles. We believe children learn best through meaningful play. Our play-based, child centered program reflects the integration of physical, cognitive, social, emotional, language, self-help and aesthetic areas for the total development of the child. Meaningful play encourages curiosity, discovery and problem solving which allows individual growth and development of a positive self-image. We recognize that parents are the child’s first teachers. Children learn best when parents are involved in their educational program. The primary bridge between home and school is the involvement of family and community.

Location

Early Learner’s Childcare is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, conveniently situated between two elementary schools. We have a couple parks close by as well.

We operate year-round and are easily accessible from major highways. We are down the block from many businesses and restaurants.
